AGF Opposes Move to Transfer Suit against Jonathan to Appeal Court

A Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed January 12, 2015, for ruling on whether or not to transfer a suit seeking to stop the President Dr Goodluck Jonathan from seeking re-election to the Court of Appeal.
