An MMM SWOT ANALYSIS By Tobi Omolabi

SWOT means Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in MMM community

STRENGTH:

1. There is security in the donation members make since the money does not go to a central account
2. All category of people in the society can access it irrespective of gender and status.
3. The system belongs to the people not to an individual.
4. Donations are made based on the personal will of the participants. The system does not enforce any limit either minimum or maximum that participants can donate.

WEAKNESSES

1. Since it does not not operating offline, participants cannot check their account without internet connection.
2. Movement of downlines of new guiders is not automatic and some guiders are reluctant in moving the downlines of new guiders.
3. If a participant is on moratorium, he cannot be matched for the help he has requested but the system will matched such participants if he has offered to provide help. Since such a member is on moratorium, the system would have spared such participant from matching until such account has been verified.
4. There is no central physical structure or corporate offices that members can easily go for complains
