1. Since it does not not operating offline, participants cannot check their account without internet connection.2. Movement of downlines of new guiders is not automatic and some guiders are reluctant in moving the downlines of new guiders.
3. If a participant is on moratorium, he cannot be matched for the help he has requested but the system will matched such participants if he has offered to provide help. Since such a member is on moratorium, the system would have spared such participant from matching until such account has been verified.
