SWOT means Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in MMM community

STRENGTH:

1. There is security in the donation members make since the money does not go to a central account
2. All category of people in the society can access it irrespective of gender and status.
3. The system belongs to the people not to an individual.
4. Donations are made based on the personal will of the participants. The system does not enforce any limit either minimum or maximum that participants can donate.

WEAKNESSES

1. Since it does not not operating offline, participants cannot check their account without internet connection.
2. Movement of downlines of new guiders is not automatic and some guiders are reluctant in moving the downlines of new guiders.
3. If a participant is on moratorium, he cannot be matched for the help he has requested but the system will matched such participants if he has offered to provide help. Since such a member is on moratorium, the system would have spared such participant from matching until such account has been verified.
4. There is no central physical structure or corporate offices that members can easily go for complains

What is SWOT?  

SWOT simple means STRENGTH, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS in MMM community

STRENGTH

1.    You can access the Internet worldwide.

2.    It does not belong to individual, it belongs to people.

3.    It's a financial freedom.

4.    It breaks no law.

5.    There is no Central Bank (money distribution is between participant. 

WEAKNESSES

1.    Some members used to upload fake POP.

2.    Some members don’t know how to use internet.

3.    It doesn’t have guarantee.

OPPORTUNITIES

1.    It gives  everybody opportunity

2.    It has bonuses for referral bonuses, guider bonuses, and first timers.

3.    It's fair financial system.

4.    It gives us opportunity to make friends.

5.    It gives opportunity for guider school.                           

THREATS

1.    Those who knows nothing about it gives negative feedback.

2.    Hackers Attacks. Hackers sent scam alert and can cause panic to members

3.    The site can collapse if is not well maintained.

• Dishonesty in some members by uploading fake POP
• No periodic refresher courses for members of the community where they are constantly reminded of the ideology and taught how to use the site effectively
• Lack of internet access due to the challenge of network connectivity in some part of the country
• Some members inability to make use of the internet
• Some guilders has become passive in their responsibilities and careless about their down liners. They are usually not reachable when there are sensitive issues to be resolved.
