APC in Clear Lead in Lagos Governorship Elections (Unofficial)

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is poised to retain the governorship seat in Lagos as it shoots into a clear lead as results roll in.

Independently collated results from wards and Local Governments show that APC Leads with a margin of 163,679

PDP Currently leads in 5 of the 20 Local Government Areas in Lagos.

President-elect General Buhari arrived Lagos this morning to campaign for APC Guber candidate, Akinwumi Ambode. He also met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo. I never sacked Ambode, he retired voluntarily - Fashola

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, has said he did not sack the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, while the latter was the Accountant-General of the state.
