Why inmates cannot vote yet - Nigeria Prisons

The Nigeria Prisons Service on Wednesday explained why it was difficult for inmates to cast their votes during the general elections, citing the absence of polling units as one of the challenges.

The Public Relations Officer, Nigeria Prisons Service, Francis Enobore, gave the explanation in an interview in Lagos.
