Minister of Labour and Productivity, under the immediate past administration of Goodluck Jonathan, Sen. Joel Ikenya, has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.Ikenya, was a former PDP chieftain in Taraba State.
