Former President Goodluck Jonathan has met United States Congressmen where he proffered solutions to the persecution of ethnic minorities and Christians in Nigeria, as is the case in Southern Kaduna and identified fiscal federalism as only panacea to agitations in the Niger Delta region. Dr. Jonathan, according to his media aide, Mr. Ikechukwu Eze, told the US Congress House Sub-Committee on Africa that the challenges facing Christians in Nigeria and the agitations in Niger Delta could be traced to intolerance and impunity, respectively.
