Lagos— A lawyer, Mr. Tope Alabi, has initiated contempt proceedings against the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Chief Executive, Mr Boboye Oyeyemi for allegedly disobeying a court order stoppin g the corps from imposing fines on motorists in the country.
